The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) Zaria has graduated 50 students in a combined graduation ceremony held at the college.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Rector of the college, Capt. Abdulsalami Mohammed said the college was working towards achieving and producing quality products that woild boost the aviation industry professionally.
The Rector, who was represented by the Deputy Rector, Mr. Dauda Bajini Yahaya said the college was determined to maintain its quality in producing the manpower for the aviation industry and that despite shortage of funding, NCAT had continued to produce high manpower for Nigeria’s aviation industry.
He added that NCAT was ready to receive the students back because of the high sense of honour they displayed during their training period and charged the graduating students to put what they learnt into practice.
The combined graduation ceremony was for the Higher National Diploma (HND) on Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, Licence Preparation, Standard Airframe and Powerplant, Basic Aviation Planning, Operation & Management courses.
